SALES TAX RATES BY WISCONSIN COUNTY
Wisconsin's state sales tax rate is 5 percent, but various add-ons at the county and regional levels drive the total rate levied on purchases around the state as high as 5.6 percent. If your trade-in credit is eliminated, it's the total sales tax rate where you reside that would typically apply to the value of your trade-in vehicle.
